The M157 5.5L BiTurbo V8 is one of AMG’s greatest twin-turbo engines — delivering massive torque, strong internals and huge tuning headroom straight from the factory. This engine powers some of the most dominant AMG models of the era, including the W212 E63, C218 CLS63, W221 & W222 S63 (2010–2017), and the W463 G63 (2012–2018). With its twin-scroll turbos and advanced Bosch ECU, the M157 responds incredibly well to remapping and staged hardware upgrades.
